Our Policy

As a limited-run brand producing small batches by design, we are not offering refunds or exchanges for Collection I. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to send your item back for store credit.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, or never arrives at all, contact us at hello@numero-13.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) and we'll make it right.

International Orders

No international orders for Collection I but we are working to expand for our next drop.
